Where is The Prince?

The prince got his horse and went away looking for a future, ….. somewhere else.

He will be travelling through the forest alone, fighting against the enemy, ….. on his own….

I can see him in my mind.

Will the prince win the battle?

The princess rests in the palace, quiet and thoughtful, waiting for the next day to come…

A baby boy who has changed my life completely!!

Sometimes he doesn’t behave himself and takes his nappy off!

I cannot give out to him when he looks at me with those BIG eyes!!

Wherever Ted puts his seeds, colourful flowers grow….

He is always smiling and carries a flower in his hand.

When he sees a beauliful woman, he gives it to her!

Ted and his magical Felt flowers. Who will be the lucky lady to get it today?

Wishing Well Land

Wishing Well Land is a land full of colourful wishing wells.

Each well has sweet flavoured waters, some hot and some cold.
Fantastic beautiful fish live in them.

The grass surrounding the wells is bright green and sweet. Gorgeous colourful flowers grow proudly all over the land.
Flocks of beautiful sheep and other cute animals are happy to live in such a wonderful world.
The “make a wish party” is on every afternoon in a sunny day. All creatures love dancing, eating and drinking the deliciously colourful waters.
In the party, everyone can make a wish singing it into the wells so, the goldfish remember it.
During the night, the queen fish puts on her crown and works with a special machine her beloved king invented, full of colourful felt buttons in the shape of hearts, to make all wishes come true ………
My wish….. ??? I would love to live there, and yours…?

And all those lucky women who attended the “Basic and Beyond” workshop on 24th January in Lucan-Dublin- organized by glamorous Feltmakers Ireland, will start wondering the same thing …

Once knowing the magic of felt, you are hocked forever,…

“Monnet Bonet”

I took a little bit of blue from the sky and a little bit of green from the fields around me…. I also took a little bit of “sparkling shine” from the sun…

HAT FUN-DAY ON SUNDAY

Place: Room in Feltix Park

Time: From Midday to Midnight (I finsihed my hat at 12pm)

Subject: Hats with Fins by Expert FeltMaker Sheila Ahern

Participants: 7 wonderful women, 0 men attended.

Result: 7 Wonderful HATS came into existence to the Felt World

Conclusion: Wonderful experience, 40% shrinkage, beautiful colours and shapes. Delicious soup!.

PLEASE LET’S HAVE ANOTHER FUN DAY ON SUNDAY

LOVE must be in the air “getting frozen” with this cold weather! I should try and catch it again! and bring it to my warm heart….

Will I need a butterfly catcher…?

Where is it now? How does it survive? How long does it last for without warmth? Is it resting confortably until I get it again? Does it mix with othe “love-s” in the same situation? Will it go to somebody else’s heart?

So many questions,… and who knows the answer????
